Techs were great in diagnosing the problem, ordering the parts, and replacing in a very timely manner. The service manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and visited with us about resolving the issue in the future. I would highly recommend this dealership.
My car was inspected and certain issues needed to be addressed and taken care of. I especially appreciated that I got a phone call explaining what needed to be addressed and asking for permission to perform the needed maintenance.

I am from Omaha, and discovered my tire was very flat when in Mason City last week. I was fortune my discovery took place next door to Pritchard Nissan! Zach Abbas, in service, took care of everything. Unfortunately, I had driven too long on the damage, and while they didn't have the tire I needed in stock, he called around and found it for me in town. Nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I have 2 vehicles from here. We bought the 2nd because of the excellent service and professionalism from our first purchase. The sales team is top notch, knowledgable and professional. Management is involved and available. (No scooting off behind closed doors to check on some numbers) The finance team is sharp and efficient. My favorite is the drive-in service bay and the great techs on site. I would recommend this team 10 times out of 10. We love our Nissans.
